Shipping & Delivery

Each item is handpicked and inspected by our staff for top quality assurance. We appreciate your patience!
All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge. FedEx Ground shipping is used and usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited delivery may be arranged by contacting our customer service department. Orders shipped to Alaska; Hawaii; US territories; Canada and APO/FPO addresses are shipped by the US Postal Service and are charged an additional $9 for shipping and handling. This fee is needed to cover the additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations.

Privacy & Security

WE TAKE SPAM EMAILS, FRAUD, AND PRIVACY ISSUES VERY SERIOUSLY, therefore, we are highly protective of our customer’s personal information and do not share our customer’s personal information with anyone. Our web site uses customer contact information from the registration form to send our customer information about their order, saving coupons and promotional material from our company only. Users may opt-out of our email list or mailings at any time by sending us an email to request to be removed from our email list.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to love what you ordered. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 15 days after you have recieved your item for a full refund. You may refund your item after 15 days of receiving your item less a 15% restocking fee. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES after 30 days, also note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You must include the original invoice along with the returned item in order for us to process your return properly (please state reason as to why item is being returned such as: sizing or defect). Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt of package through the original payment method.

Shoes must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in new, unused condition.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item if you are unhappy with your purchase at no additional cost to you; all you have to do is send them back! (buyer is responsible for shipping costs back)

Find the item/style you wish to exchange for- Send back the original item along with original invoice & write "Exchange"

Exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase date.
